Our mobile dental clinic brings comprehensive oral health care directly to underserved communities across rural Missouri. All services are provided at no cost by licensed volunteer dental professionals.
- Evaluation & Diagnosis
Comprehensive exams, X-rays, and individualized treatment plans - Preventative Care
Cleanings, hygiene instruction, patient education, and follow-up care - Restorative Care
Fillings and extractions - Periodontal Care
Treatment for gum disease - Dentures
Partial and full dentures
All dental services are subject to provider availability and may vary by clinic location and date. The Rural Parish Clinic does not provide emergency dental care. For dental emergencies, please contact a local emergency dental provider or call 911 if necessary.
Who We Serve
Our dental clinic is open to adults who meet all three of the following criteria. If you are unsure whether you qualify, please contact us before your appointment—we are happy to help.
- No Dental Insurance
Patients enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, or any private insurance plan do not qualify - Ages 16 and Older
Dental services are available to patients aged 16 and above - Household Income at or Below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level

The Rural Parish Clinic reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to decline services to individuals who do not meet all criteria. Eligibility does not guarantee the availability of a specific appointment, service, or provider. Patients who do not qualify may be referred to other community dental resources.
About Our Mobile Dental Clinic
The Rural Parish Clinic dental clinic serves 2 to 3 host locations per month, operating 10 to 14 days total in the following counties: Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, and Washington.
