At the Rural Parish Clinic, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive medical and dental care to uninsured individuals in rural Missouri, regardless of their faith. Rooted in the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and inspired by the legacy of the Rural Parish Workers of Christ the King, we extend compassionate care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our community.
Services We Offer:
Medical Care:
- Primary Care & Family Practice: Comprehensive care for all ages, from routine check-ups to urgent health concerns.
- Chronic Disease Management: Ongoing care and management for chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, pulmonary conditions, and more.
- Acute Care: Treatment for illnesses such as colds, flu, infections, and minor injuries.
- Preventative Care: Annual physicals, screenings, and health advice to help prevent illness and maintain well-being.
- GYN Care: Services for abnormal menstruation, pregnancy testing, and ultrasound services.
- Gastrointestinal Care: Diagnosis and treatment for conditions like gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and other chronic digestive issues.
- Musculoskeletal Care: Treatment for arthritis, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal concerns.
- Psychiatric Care: Support for mental health, including anxiety, depression, and related conditions.
- Dermatology: Skin assessments, wound care, and treatment for various skin conditions.
Dental Care:
- Preventative care, including cleanings and exams
- Restorative services such as fillings and extractions
- Treatment for gum disease and other oral health issues
Social Services:
- Social service referrals to connect patients with resources such as food assistance, housing support, and other community services
Eligibility Criteria:
To ensure that we are providing care to those who need it most, we have established the following eligibility guidelines:
- Household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
- No health insurance
- Ages 19 to 64
Based on the 2025 Federal Poverty Guidelines for the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, the eligibility income thresholds are as follows:

These income thresholds are used to determine financial eligibility for our services.
