Join Prayer Partners, the spiritual apostolate of the Rural Parish Clinic
The purpose of this apostolate is to cover the mission of the Rural Parish Clinic and all those involved with prayer, protection, and the graces of God. We invoke the intercession of Saints Luke and Apollonia, Patron Saints of physicians and dentists respectively, as well as the intercession of the Holy Family, as we serve the rural, uninsured people of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
Prayers and other spiritual works are greatly needed to support our mission. There’s no single way to be a Prayer Partner. Offer whatever prayer fits your life, as often as you’re able. If you’d like a place to start, here are a few ideas:
- Pray the Rosary or the Divine Mercy Chaplet for our patients, volunteers and staff
- Spend an hour in Eucharistic Adoration, a Holy Hour, on behalf of the clinic
- Offer up the Mass you attend for the intentions of the Rural Parish Clinic
Choose a rhythm that works for you: daily, weekly, monthly, or on the days the clinic is serving patients (see our Schedule). These are only suggestions. Tell us below what you’d like to offer, whether it’s one of these ideas or something of your own. To make more than one commitment, simply sign up again.
